Neede a part for my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. The gentleman I spoke to in the parts department was very courteous and I got my part the same day.
Lazy Sales people: Feb 07: The sales people didn't want to show my husband and I cars because it was snowing. Not even heavy snow, it was a dusting. We left and went to a different dodge dealership and bought a car.
Don't Buy From Here: I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2003 Neon from here about 4 months ago and have had problems with it from day one. The day I picked it up, the front brakes seized and had to be taken back for replacement, which took a full week to fix. A month and a half later the transmission, torque converter, and radiator all went bad and it took them almost 2 weeks to fix. Now less then four months since I bought it, I'm having yet another problem which will probably take them another week or two to fix. Please stay away from this dealership and don't be lured in by their snazzy "Driver's Village" facade, because no matter how nice your store may look, its the quality of product and service that counts. And they are lacking quite a bit in both categories.
