The supposed Heart Healthy Chicken dish arrived in a pool of oil.
The marinara tasted funky, had no flavor. This was a dissapointment especially when you shell out good money for a mediocre meal!

This is not Fast Food!: Fabio's is not a place to go if you are in a hurry. If you want that go to McDonalds. I have met Fabio on both occassions that I have visited, and he is a great businessman. The quality of the food is awesome, and this comes from someone who worked for the Little Italian Kitchen during it's last 5 years of operation. Not only is the food outstanding, but he is the only person in NY that is importing true Italian Made Wines. The amount off food, and it's quality definitely make the short wait worth while. If you are really hungry and can't fathom the wait, he has a long list of appetizersr that will sooth any growling stomach. Just remember these are custom made, and can spoil the dinner if you eat too much. As with any dining out experience, I highly recommend that you try the items on the menu that you won't get at home, and most you won't even find anywhere else. The atmosphere is pleasing. I have been there when slow (near closing) and when there is a line at the door. Each time the wait time was about the same. If you want quality, you want to visit Fabio's. Slow Service: I've been to this restaurant both at a busy dinner time and a slow lunch time. Both times the service was extremely slow.
