By far the worst dinner I ever paid for. Lets start with the fact that I was in a party of 3 we were seated at a table with two settings, (Chopsticks and napkins), it remained a table with two settings until after the appetizers were brought out (at the same time as the soup), and my sister in law had to ask for another place setting. Then the waitress brought over three knives and forks, no chopsticks and no third napkin. Understanding how that could have been confusing she specifically said she meant chopsticks, the waitress returned with three sets of chopsticks still no napkin. Now when I ordered my meal I asked for a suggestion of a bottle of wine and the waitress said "i have no idea i don't like sake." Now that's service! in the tempura appetizer the onions were not fully skinned and the eggplant was mushy and sword fish entree that I ordered was overcooked and dry. I don't eat sushi however my brother and sister in law ordered a large sashimi platter and three different rolls, and when they inquired about one of the fishes in the sashimi platter the waitress again "i have no idea." I will never return to this establishment and would not recommend it.
I love the Nabeyaki Udon, and the Buckwheat noodle soup. The Salmon Teriyaki is excellent, as are all the different sushi types I've tried. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere where you can easily talk, drink a glass of wine and enjoy your company along with the great food. I highly recommend it.
My wife and I went to try Kyokos and we never even got to the meal! The service was terrible! We waited in the front to be seated for 15 mins looking for anyone. We left and ate at Tokyo Soul.

By the way I forgot to mention that the place is pretty dirty look up and see the numerous cob webs all over the place.
