User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSimply excellent. I can not make a trip to the 'Cuse without stopping here (same with the one in Rochester). From the deviled eggs and fried green tomatoes as apps to the ribs and brisket for dinner, you can not miss here! Harsh environment, rude service... but that is the point! I have been there 15 times and love it each time. Great bar staff too. For something simple and great have the rice and gravy as one of your sides!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI think a lot of the reviewers here are confusing the restaurant with the catering service. Who needs to "wait for a table" when you have them come to your facility to set up a catering event? They served out lunch to 70 people at our symposium last week and it was a HUGE success! Excellent food, lots of it and a staff that really knows how to feed a crowd. Thanks Dinosaur.......no one does it like you do!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI really like this place. I always have a great time and the food is delish. I have been to two locations, Syracuse and New York. It does get crowded but I think the wait is worth it. The crowds let you know the food is good. The only con is the last time I went, a friend found something in their food, not sure what it was but it kind of put a damper on the rest of the evening. They comped the food of course. I love their garlic sauce, it has the right mix of spice and taste. The wings and chili appetizers are the best. I love getting their house special, you get chicken and ribs with 2 sides for about $15, so good!
