User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI'm saddened to say, I took another risk on trusting the fleming name and once again it came back to bite me. If you're in need of home improvements of any sort, take my advice and steer clear of the name fleming. There are several in the area who are contractors and all related, and each one of them have their own trail of customers who feel robbed.

Yes, I had a similar experience. Wouldnt say he robbed me, but he sure left my house LEAKING and NEVER returned for repairs. Would never recommend!
