User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLamacchia Honda was a great experience. I had an oil leak on my 2008 Honda Civic. I made an appointment online and was called back in a few hours to have it brought in the next day. Lamacchia Honda found the problem, ordered part and repaired the leak all under warranty. I did have to bring it back in a second time because they had to special order the part, but that was no problem. The people there were courteous, and quick to contact me with news on my car. Definitely 5-stars!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have never had a worse experience at any service department until I came here. I went in with a car that had no issues or problems, after an inspection they told me I needed a new battery and my car wouldn't start. I never had this issue before hand and to make things worse my radio didn't work after I visited this service center. I brought it back and they said it wasn't their problem and my radio was probably not working before I visited thier service department. I can not urge anyone enough to avoid this Honda location.
