    Look elsewhere...: I waited over a month to get an estimate from this company. After numerous calls and finding out their estimator on my case took 10 days vacation without letting me know, I got my estimate scheduled. An hour after the appointment time I called and no one was answering, I left an "emergency" message, which was returned. Only to find out that my estimator was now stricken with an emergency and wouldn't make it. Thanks for the call, I like taking time off from work for no reason. After trying to reschedule with the company owner, I was informed for the first time that estimates were not free. He actually seemed upset with me that I was unhappy about the situation. Unbelieveable.
