User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars5 Stars Yeah right!: I know several people that have banned best buy based on the shopping expereince alone. The employee's are inexpereinced 16 years olds and dont know what there talking about 90% of the time. Im a computer tech and lemmie tell ya, I ask questions just to see how they will answer and they are completely in the wrong line of buisness. Try to get something solved at best buy thats where your problems will really start, ask to speak to a manager and they will tell you hes busy "had this happen everytime but once" they get on the phone and act like there talking to a manager and nobodys on the line, how do i know cause i called the store manager afterwards and he had no clue of what the employee said he had discussed with the manager just a few moments ago. Try calling on the phone you will have a even funner time being tranfered around the store and being hung up on.
Go to circuit city they have a staff that knows what there talking about and they dont have that little junior high school attitude you get from best buy.
I also compare the prices between best buy and circuit city and 90% of the time circuit city is cheaper.
If your a zombie and dont know how to shop go here.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love shopping in this store!: I am a technology junkie, so i absolutely love going into Best Buy. reall! They have some really good prices, and the customer service is great. And the best thing is that you dont have to go through the entire mall to get to the store.
