Took longer to get seated than it did to eat !!!: 9:30am the place was busy but certainly not packed. There were people in line waiting to be seated with more than enough tables to accomodate everyone waiting. Apparently there was only one person working who was capable of seating people. Unfortunatley she was busy playing cashier and helping someone fill out an application. Waitresses went about their business without a care for people standing in line. Even worse, the manager thought it was more important to adjust the thermostat and then ignore everyone in line rather than try and help out. It was 7-10min before the "hostess/cashier" even asked if we had been helped, then another 5 minutes to get seated. Thankfully our waitress provided good service and the food was good. I couldn't help but notice the manager seemed to still be wandering aimlessly about the restaurant and never did see her help anyone.
