yes, it used to be good back in the day, but now its pretty bad. anything extra costs extra, portions are small, hardly any toppings on the pizzas, service is horrible and the owner is testy to say the least. What happend to service with a smile? You won't get one here.

When they first moved into their current building, the service, food, prices were all very good. It's gone down hill since then, to the point I will not order there anymore.

Went from the best medium wings in the area (saucy, very tasteful) to the worst (dry with only butter and oil??)

Best Spicy Chicken sandwhich (large portion, saucy) to the worst (dry, often times burnt chicken tenders, small and expensive). Most times they forget to put the sauce on it.

Good fish fry, great price. Comes with one packet of tarter sauce, enough for two bites. Ask for extra and you'll be charged 50 cents for a 2nd packet.

Horrible service; they will not accomodate you. I've asked for extra sauce on the wings (like they used to make it), was charged for it and didn't get it. AND there was none. Almost always forget to give me my order of fries, will deliver it 40 minutes after we've finished eating (this has happened with a whole meal before!)

Don't ask them to correct it, they give you a replacement with the same problems. That's after they refuse to bring it to you and you have to return to the store.

Why do I keep going there, you ask? When they do it right (I think it's when the owner is around) it's some of the best wings, pizza, hot subs, you can get. The portions are still small and prices are high. Unfortunately I think the owner(s) are hardly ever there, because it's been bad for over a year now. They must be working hard on opening the new banquet hall and new restaurant in the next town over.

Poor food, poor service, poor prices, poor portions. Go to Lombardo's a couple blocks over. You'll get consistantly great food, large portions with reasonable prices.

best pizza around herkimer.....i wish they'd try some specialty pizzas though
