User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDreadful: We went for breakfast on July 4th. We had to wait 20 minutes, which I expected. While waiting, I went to the bathroom and counted 12 empty tables. After finally sitting down, we had to wait another 20 minutes to get our food. The food arrived cold. I had ordered strawberries on my french toast and they were frozen -- frozen like in ice. Also, there was a tiny insect crawling on my napkin.
Service was OK, can't really blame her.
It would behoove IHOP to pay their staff a living wage so they'll come in on holidays.
Nothing pleasant about this experience.
