From first hand experience I've seen on numerous occasions rat droppings around the store. They have eaten through bags of food that could obviously lead to animal diseases. I've only been there a hand full of times but everytime I've been there the stores odor has been overwhelming. You'd think that after so long, they'd fix this problem. I've heard from my friends that also have gone to this store, that the manager was not very helpful or polite when returning product that was defective and he was not very knowlegdable when asked questions about simple pet care.
