    A stalwart of health in the nutritional wasteland known as Watertown, NY, the people are cool, you could almost pretend you were in Boulder Colorado if inside the store. In the summer the farm lady has fresh produce in the parking lot! Wish there were two of these places!

    It is wonderful to have an alternative place to buy healthy foods and The Mustard Seed is a great place to shop. The staff is extremely helpful and the store has an incredible range of healthy products besides foods and vitamins. Also, they have very tasty meals available each day for those who want to eat well but don't have the time to cook. I highly recommend.
