Cavallario's Bayside Pizza

Being from Western NY maybe I am spoiled with good pizza options however I was with a group from Rochester at Cavallario's last weekend and everyone in the group agreed the pizza was not very good. It smelled and tasted like frozen crust. The wings were just below average and even for a tourist trap the prices were well out of range for the quality of the food. And on a side not $14-17 for a pitcher of any beer is insane. Atmosphere is a solid A- luckily.

we love this place!
we've been coming to Alex Bay for over 10 years and Bayside Pizza is a must. they offer many different kinds of pizza that you can't get just anywhere. i love the bacon/blue cheese pizza! the bar on the upper deck is great for enjoying a cool drink and watch the boats on the bay. downstairs offers a nice dining room and outside deck... bathrooms are super clean. Bayside may not have the cheapest munchies in Alex Bay, but you'll definitely be back for more!

Pricey in a tourist trap.: Best fast italian in town...but as with many other tourist traps; the food and prices are a mismatch. However, since the season is short and the customers are hungry and plentiful...they can get away with it. Nothing spectacular here...but the bar upstairs is usually festive and gives you a view of the boats coming in to the town dock.
