I have called to try to get them to come out to my place and give me a quote and I havent gotten anyone to call me back yet or do it. I am getting very frustrated, doesnt this company want any business??!!!! Does anyone have any names for other cleaning services??

THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS: ON DECEMBER 5 MY HUSBAND BILL HAD A DIABETIC REACTION. THE AMBULANCE WAS UNABLE TO MAKE IT INTO OUR DRIVEWAY AS IT IS QUITE LONG. THE EMT WAS WALKING THROUGH A FOOT OF SNOW. I SAW A RAGS-UNLIMITED TRUCK DRIVE BY AND BACK UP. THIS MAN PLOWED THE ENTIRE DRIVEWAY TO MAKE ROOM FOR THE AMBULANCE. I AM THANKFUL BEYOND WORDS AS MY HUSBAND HAD TO LEAVE IN THE AMBULANCE. I ONLY WISH I GOT TO THANK HIM PERSONALY.

I THIS IS ONE OF THE KINDEST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER SEEN!

Disgusted!: Their website makes it look like customer service is their number one priority but that is a lie. Their business practices stink! My husband is in the military and is away. I e-mailed this company about snowplowing my driveway. They responded to my e-mail and said they would look at my driveway and give me an estimate. I waited almost a week and received no response. I have e-mailed the company three times since then only to be ignored. Finally, my husband called them and was told they were having problems with their equipment. All I wanted was for someone to respond even if they couldn't help me so I would know one way or the other. That was just bad business.
