For a special night out this can't be beat. (especially in summer on the patio) The service is first class and the food is a well. The beer is cold , but the red wine a little too warm-had to ask for ice-really! The lamb I had was cooked perfect and with a beautiful presentation. The other three at the table raved form salad to dessert. This and the Clipper in Clayton,NY are two of the top three restaurants in Northern New York (Sboro's in Watertown the other)

You would only be so lucky to be there on a day when they are serving prime rib hash. It is delicious, with actual prime rib in it. Or the blackberry peach fritter. Ohmigosh... It is so delicious.

Tin Pan is absolutely fantastic. The quality and service are always exceptional. I have eaten in restaurants all over the United States and Canada and rarely find one better. The prices are good for a resort area and the atmosphere is second to none. It is quite possibly the best restaurant in Northern New York and blows many metropolitan restaurants (NYC, Boston, etc.) out of the water. I dine at Tin Pan as often as I possibly can. It is great!
