If you are looking for a unique dining experience there is no better place within a 100 mile radius than the Yaleville Inn. The Chef/Owner Bill brings his superior knowledge of food to small town USA that you can't find anywhere around the area. He has a very unique menu and everything he makes tastes great. You don't sacrifice anything for going out on a limb and trying something "different" when you eat at the Yaleville.

I have 8 years restaurant experience and consider myself to be a pretty harsh critic when it comes to food and service. This is hands down the best food I have ever had. The sauces are prepared from scratch (as is everything for that matter) and far superior to anything I have experienced. 5 star quality food. Simply remarkable.

As a fellow chef, I have to be impressed with the Yaleville Inn. The chef and owner makes EVERYTHING from scratch to order - soups, sauces, salad dressings, everything. He has nothing but a small galley kitchen, with one oven and a set of burners. In this small space he turned out three excellent meals in rapid order for my family - all the while performing the waiting and bussing functions himself - up and down a steep flight of stairs, too! Food quality is very high, and the sophistication of his saucing and spicing is worthy of far more sophisticated locales. You'll enjoy your meal, the ambience, and take home pleasant memories. Reasonable prices, decent portions. Excellent warm rolls, too.
