Amazing Pizza! I've eating Nick's pizza since before he opened his own restaurant. I can't get enough and there is no other pizza place like his from the friendly staff to the other great food!!!!
This is one of the best Restaurant's i've ever ate at. I recommend the spaghetti, but ever thing is good.
We had a gift certificate, so we decided last night to try out Nick's in Endicott. We had to find out if the line we always sawj was really worth standing in!
Turns out if your bottom line is the main course, it is well worth it.
We waited in line for maybe 10 minutes. The hostess seemed to have an amazing ability to inventory how many people were in a party, and seated guests most efficiently.
Our waitress was peppy and attentive, and accepted our minor criticisms with aplomb and that the assurance that she would share them with the chef.
I ordered the special, fettucini with lobster tail and shrimp and my husband ordered the chicken marsala.
We started with bread and salad, which was served promptly along with our drinks. Unfortunately, the bread was just ok and a real bummer was the salad. The lettuce was warm and starting to brown. There was one slice of a red pepper and that was the only color in it. The bread was just ok, it was sort of a bread "knot," not your traditional italian bread.
Our main courses, on the other hand, were outstanding. I asked the waitress if there was cocaine in the sauce, because I couldn't stop eating! It was the most delicious red sauce I'd ever had.
The lobster tail was the real deal, and cooked perfectly as were the shrimp. I was a little confused as to why the shells were left on the tail of the shrimp and on the entire lobster tail. This meant having to stick your fingers in the red sauce to retrieve a very hot piece of seafood. It just didn't make any sense. But it was delicious non the less.
My husband's chicken marsala was composed of two thin slices of chicken breast, and he reported it to be delicious as well.
The atmosphere was ok, nothing fancy, and the service was excellent. Prices were in line with what you would expect, actually exceptionally reasonable for the seafood dish. All in all, a good dining experience.

You need to go back and get some simple pizza, salad and gnocchi's. Their true italian food is to die for I've had it for graduation parties, weddings and even taken it back to where I live now 8 hours just because there is nothing else like Nick's.
