User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Bagels in 100 Miles: As a college student I eat a lot of bagels. The Bagel Factory has the best bagels I can find anywhere. I go to school in Ithaca (where they supposedly have great bagels) and I bring bagels with me from the Bagel Factory whenever I can. The food is great, the service is friendly, and the value is the best around.

BEWARE!!: The food is OK. The Potato Salad is to die for. The service, however, is lacking. It takes about 10x longer than it should to receive an order and the server never delivers the food with a smile.
