I had a few things wrong in my apt. In a matter of 1 day they were all fixed

Do NOT rent from Sall Associates. The complex is not horrible, but Sall is the WORST management company ever. They consistently LIE about everything from maintenance to why they shut off gas to the dryers in the laundry room (the gas company said they had not paid the bill... I believe them) to lease renewals... we HAD to renew our lease becasue we could not find anywhere else to take a large dog. They actually LIED to us for a month about sending us paperwork to renew the lease, and we're one of the tenants who actually pay our rent on time. Our neighbors had to sue Sal Assoc to get their heater fixed in the middle of December because the company refused to fix it for no apparent reason. We got a 2000 dollar gas bill that was not ours... it was the complex's. The problems are endless and there are no solutions except to go to court. Good luck if you have already signed a lease.

SLUM LORDS. They never painted before I moved in and it was disgusting. The kitchen has a layer of filth on it. I wrote a list of things for them to fix, and they never did them. As a previous poster said, they make promises, and then don't keep them. They just tell you what you want to hear. I wanted to paint to make it look better, and they told me it was against the lease! I will find a way that they broke the lease (I know they did, several times over) and get out of here as soon as possible. DO NOT RENT FROM SALL ASSOCIATES
