User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI had an oil change and I would have to say that they were quick to get me in (no one was ahead of me) and out. Took about 15 minutes. The oil change included a fill up of washer fluid (which they did to almost overflowing and not putting the cap back on fully) and a check of other fluids, chassy lube, tire pressure check and new oil filter. Since customers aren't allowed in the work area, I don't know if the other things were performed. All other shops I've been in have always automatically done a quick review with me of the services they performed but they didn't. I'd feel more comfortable with them if they were more personable. It was my first time using them and overall I would say they were just OK.
