| About: | This full-service restaurant, sports bar and banquet facility features casual fine dining at reasonable prices. Dinner includes roast beef, BBQ ribs and their signature baked French onion chicken: a chicken breast sauteed in French onion soup and sherry wine, topped with Swiss, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and served over angel hair pasta. Their Taste of Buffalo platter has a mini roast beef sandwich, five chicken wings, fries, blue cheese and celery. They also have a Friday-only fish fry, along with other seafood selection. User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI recently went this restaurant to support a fundraiser that they were having to support cats in need of adoption. First of all I think that it is great that local places like to help. However the event was horrible. The Basket Raffle was not organized, the person picking the tickets was looking at the numbers, numbers were being put with the wrong prizes. The tickets were dropped on the floor numerous times. I expressed my opinion hoping that it might help them if they had this event again. I was walking out and speaking to another person who attended the party. The manager ease dropped on my conversation and verbally attacked me for having an opinion. This is a free country everyone is allowed to have an opinion. Because of this embarrassing act I will never eat at this restaurant and I am also encouraging my friends and family to do the same. I was accused of not caring and just trying to ruin the day for everyone. I spoke to several other people at the event and every agreed my line of thinking. I did my part and tried to support the organization and this is how I was thanked. Pretty sad.

Don't beleiev the reviews, this place is just an ordinary bar with less than impressive food.
Avoid it, much better places on broadway -

Being a local resident and knowing the facility well, it is a place where you can go and just kick up your heels any day or nite of the week and have a good time. Food is typical of local pub, and the service is right there. Friendly faces, lots of laughs and I must say in all honesty that they do have the best wings in all of western New York.
Got to thank Matt for having such a family, yet sports bar type of facility to cater to everyone's needs, and good old Melody is there to take care of things should you need something that is not available.

It is pretty sad that this person had to vent her bad time on this restaurant.....the restaurant had nothing to do with the event....if this person has a bad taste in her mouth regarding the event....focus on the event. And speak to the people in charge of the event. Oddly that this person did not say the name of the organization that was having the event. But instead criticizing this restaurant for offering space and their time with setting up and cleaning after this event. As for the restaurant....well this person....might of just stopped some businesses from offering donated space to provide non profit organizations with some help in raising much needed funds. Because of this happening.
