Over the years, this shop at this location has been honest, fair and professional in all aspects of their dealing with me, which is all I could ask for. They're not going to recommend work that doesn't need to be done. On those occasions when I've found a better deal with Tire Rack, they've looked at options to try to bring the bottom-line price down to something at least close to Tire Rack and when they couldn't, they were courteous in having me drop-ship the tires to them and they guarantee their install price through Tire Rack; they can handle run-flats and the hidden "sticky" wheel weights that make the outside surface of the wheel look nice. When it comes to repairs, I believe they're as good as dealers, as long as it's not an instance where only a dealer would have proprietary software and tools to perform a repair. Check out their oil change prices, I believe they may even be cheaper than Walmart, if not they are very close! In summary, give them a try; I've found it useful to write down in detail the symptoms and requested service a day or two before the appointment whenever possible. Ask them for their opinions, they're a pretty young crew and they seem to be keeping up with all the latest techniques and they listen well, too.
