User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI recently took my computer to Milenium for service. I was told they would contact me in the next two days to let me know the problem. I never heard from them and had to call them three times in the next 12 days to check the status of my computer. When it finally was fixed I took it home to find my powercord which I had left with them was no longer working. They insisted I must have broken it and offered to sell me one for $68, when the hp price for the same equipment cost just over $40. The only reason I gave them two stars is because my computer is still working....for now.
