OK. I admit it- I'm a big baby when it comes to dental work. It took me four times of dialing the phone number before I actually let the call go though. Kate answered and was very kind. I think I sounded like a babbling idiot as I explained what was wrong- a toothache. What else would drive me to call a dentist?? Anyway the appointment was set for the very next day. When I walked in it was just as Kate described it. The waiting room really is like a living room. Not so scary. Crystal finally came to get me. I had a tour of the office and she explained about a lot of what goes on in the office. When she went to do x-rays she was very gentle and again explained exactly what she was doing. Would you believe she actually had me laughing? Me, the big baby, laughing in the dentist's office! Miracles do happen!

There is not one particular experience I had at Gentle Dentistry that stands out above the rest of my visits, but all my visits there have come with a warm welcome and a friendly feeling that I haven't experienced at any other business establishments. They seem to value my health and well being more than I do myself. I particularly like the phone calls and postcards as a reminder of my next appointment. That's a nice personal touch with they don't have to do, and I believe there are others that feel the same way as I do without bringing it to their attention. I give Gentle Dentistry two thumbs up for the concerns they have for their patients to be content. Gentle Dentistry is doing a fine job accommodating their clients in every aspect.

I was very impressed with the office after being guided though the facility. I did notice all the staff were wearing gloves when work on the patients and the modern equipment. This dental office is really up to date facility. The staff are well educated in handling the equipment. I am having alot of dental work done and am looking forward to my next visit.
