HORRIBLE SERVICE ‎1. The guy who brought my food forgot my CC slip to sign. He asked if he could "write my name on it". 2. Once he left and I opened my food I found out my sub was dry (when I wanted extra oil) and had no banana peepers. 3. I called to see what they could do. They informed me they could bring the missing ingredients so I could make it myself, but it would be at least 30 minutes, but they couldn't even promise that. 4. When I said I wanted to eat with my family and needed the rest now (after already waiting 45 minutes for our food) and needed it now or a refund they refused and became belligerent. They said that it was my food and I couldn't receive a refund, even if it was incorrect. They then started saying it wasn't on the receipt and didn't come standard on a chicken finger sub... They were looking at someone else's information... dolts. 5. I called back to say I wanted the 20% tip I had added to the bill removed because I didn't get what I ordered and they weren't willing to assist. At that time I found out that they didn't even take my credit card number down correctly and wouldn't have been charging me at all had I not called back. 6. They said they needed the driver to bring the new slip by for me to sign, and that it would be sometime within the next hour. So, anytime before 12:10am. I said I had a four year old and while I would be happy to pay the charges that they needed to be here at a reasonable time or I could go by the next day. They said they had to do it tonight. When I said they had 15 minutes to get here they hung up on me. 7. They arrived at 12:26am so I could correct their mistake and pay them.
