I wouldnt even rate this place one star if it would allow me to. Heard about the place from friend so we went and checked it out. Deff looks nicer inside then from the outter shell. Waited at the waitress station for a few minutes until being seated. At the time the was a large party in the back of the restaurant and we waited almost 20 minutes for a drink. We asked if we could substitute something on the app. menu and waittress said shed ask the cook. Waitress said cook told her no due to the big party in back he wouldnt want confusion. We were even willing to pay. We ended up skipping the app. and got soup and salad. We got the soup 10-15 min after the salad came. We had to remind the waitress to get the soup. She said the cook was backed up. Im sorry but how hard is it to scoop a cup of soup in a bowl..? Its not rocket science. The waitress then brought us an app. when it wasnt even ours. We didnt order one. We finally told the waitress we were just going to pay for what we had and leave due to terrible service. She pleaded for us to stay and said the dinners will be 10-15 minutes till they are ready. Next thing you knew she walked into the kitchen and walked out with our dinners that were cold and tasted like they were cooked in the microwave. Never even ate half the meal each and left it on the table because it was so awful. Two waitresses on for dinner hours. No wonder your service stinks. Next time instead of paying attention to a large party like it was the only people in the joint show that a 2 some or 4 some table is worth your business as well. Besides the party, there couldnt have been more then 3 other tables besides ours. Luckly I understand how a business works and im not a nickle and dimer so I paid for the meal and tipped after the worst restaurant experience of my life. The meal should have been free because it wasnt worth any amount of money. I would not tell any one to go there to eat and the people I know and went with deff told everyone never to go there. Yuck!!! I feel sorry for the people that think its a great restaurant. Explore....there are plenty of great places to eat in buffalo. Im sure I would have gotten a better meal at McDonalds.

Worth the Money.Definately!: If you want a phenominal dinner, be sure to check out this restaurant. The Lobster and seafood bisque are out of this world. If you are not a seafood person, get the other white meat- the pork chops are huge, tasty and cooked to perfection. The FireSide is a little pricy, but very well worth the money, in this case you definately get what you pay for!!
