I would hope they got better. This used to be one of the best places to eat. Fish fries were awesome. Went there for late night wing special and had the worst service EVER! I even called the owner the next day.
We tried it a few years later and had much better service and decent food. Their French Onion soup is Awesome. The small steak specails are good as well.
My co-workers all love this place but I was highly disappointed when I tried it because there were no menu options for vegetarians. I ordered a salad without the meat, but when the waiter brought it over, it had the meat on it. If you like burgers and chicken sandwiches, this would probably be a good choice though.
The only good thing about this place is the location, one star, and the age of the building, second star. Otherwise it is too dark to see your food and the food is below average. They obviously have cooks that get paid minimum wage and just dont care. Their daily soup is below average and their menus items are the same and anywhere else in Buffalo. Its cool to go there and get a drink and to look at the inside, but other than that and maybe some wings, dont bother too often.
