About:As a comfortable place to escape the daily grind, this quintessential Irish tavern offers both excellent pub food and a convivial atmosphere for a quiet drink. The menu is basic pub grub with chicken wings, burgers, and fish fry. The tavern is right in the center of the Theater District action with Shea's Performing Arts Center and Irish Classical Theatre Company a mere two blocks to the west. The early 20th-century mix of an old copper ceiling, interior brick walls and dark wood add to the feeling that you're back in Ireland.

    eddie is a charachter: Some guy from Buffalo that now lives in NYC does this one man show called Bartenders. He closes the show by doing a dead on impresion of Eddie and saying he's gotta go because he's going to Brady's. Good prices and good regular crowd. The limited menu fits on a sign about the size of a piece of letter paper. The food is excellent and the prices haven't changed in years.
