Terrible workmanship. I needed two chimneys on my house in North Buffalo cleaned. Both chimneys also needed to be repointed and several layers relaid with mortar. For an extra fee, they said they would replace any torn or missing shingles on the roof of my house.

A week later, the job was "complete". No brick was relaid on the chimneys, there were gaps between bricks, and mortar all over the roof shingles. The areas where shingles were to be replaced we never touched.

It took a month and a letter head from my lawyer to have them come back to fix the job. They left an even bigger mess, more mortar on my new roof, my neighbors car and driveway.

It has been 18 months, we had 40 mph winds last week, chunks of mortar have come loose on the chimney exposing more of the brick once again. I have had no luck getting into contact with anyone from Aqueduct after two attemps.

I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau, even though they are not an approved company.

Stay far away from these clowns! very poor workmanship and they do not stand behind work! i had my roof and siding done through them a year and a half ago, and have since had 5 pieces fall off and a major leak in the roof. with no response from them!
