I gave them business for several times before I read these reviews. Overall, I would say it was not horrible, but I do not feel comfortable.
- Their prices are quite high. For example, they would charge $570 for braking rotors and pads for two front wheels. Other shops such as Midas only charge 325 in total, but to be fair, most dealers charge more than the chain stores, so I can not blame them for it.
- they like blamed errors on people they claimed have left (how convenient that is!). They inspected my front wheel brakes and found no problem. The next time which was only 6 months later, they said my front brakes need replacement (rotors and pads).
- They enjoy arguing for themselves a lot. They always try to sell you stuff as if you really need them, but actually you are not sure.
-They sometimes told me untrue information. Once about my eligibility for warranty, without even contacting American Honda first. Then we contacted American Honda and obtained the warranty. Then Lia said they would do the work for us on them, but I think they still claimed it from American Honda.
-Their drivers and office are quite good, with free Internet
In summary, shop around and see if you have a better choice. For standard jobs, not bad to use a chain store that is cheaper and it can not go much wrong.
My experience there has been a nightmare. I advise you never to go there for any service work. I took my car in and it needed a safety part that was covered by my warantee. I received a call saying my part was in. I then made an appointment and showed up with a ride only to find out that for some reason my part wasn't in. They said they would reorder the part. After I showed up for my second appt they informed me that a mistake was made and the part was never ordered. I'm waiting for them to call me for the 3rd appointment. They refused to compensate me at all for my time saying that "their hands were tied." This is obviously losey customer service. It's obvious that their left hand doesn't talk to their right. Double check all of their work and do not believe them the first time.
I THINK THIS IS THE BEST DEALER YOU CAN DEAL WITH I DEFFINETLY RECOMMEND YOU TO GO HERE. BEST SALES PERSON YOU CAN GET IS ANTOINE HE WILL BE A VERY GOOD HELP TO YOU.
