User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI am very upset with this dealer I went in on a fri to test drive a brand new marrano and loved it gave a $300.00 deposit to hold one comming in applied for financing and could not afford it found a used 2008 pathfinder on line Sat drove out sunday to see it and it wasnt there spoke to my salesman mon morning asked him to cancel marano paperwork and use my deposit to hold pathfinder he said ok. I told him I would be in wed night got there and he told me it was sold! So how do you sell a vechile that is on hold? Got my deposit back and have to start my search again. This dealer must not need to sell a car Cause I was gonna try and give them my business ! Im sure a another dealer wants my business.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBig Scar on My Infiniti!!!: I bought my FX here, and after a few months I went there again to fix the rocking seat. They spent 1+1/2 days to fix it, and they left a hugh scar on the console box. And a week after, the seat is rocking again!!!
I need to appointment, and wait for a week. Then maybe imperfection of their service again and again. I hope we have another Infiniti in Buffalo area.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBuy a car - get FREE LOANERS!: This is a great dealership! Nissan and Infiniti - there are NO substitutes. Service here is awesome, and they have over 14 New G35's as Complimentary Loaners - no hassle, Infiniti owners get it right away. The dealership also has free loaners for it's Nissan customers too. Nissans have the best resale value and are great.
