    I agree with the other two reviews. I purchased my acura from Holtz in rochester for 3k less. When I called ray laks and told them i'm going to rochester unless you can match the price they told me that the price i was quote by them was as good as it gets

    Highest prices in the area: I have had unfavorable experiences with Ray Laks in the past and ended up purchasing my car at another dealership for the 3rd time. Why? - They offered me little for my trade in and expected me to pay well over MSRP on the car I wanted to purchase. The total cost in monthly payments would have been well over $60 more a month than what I got from another local dealer. I was very disappointed at their unwillingness to come down in price and how they tried to convince me that my 3 year old car with low miles, new tires, no accidents, regular oil changes, and just a couple scratched and dings was considered in poor condition. Lesson? - know what you can afford and always shop around for the best price. Remember sales people are not your friends no matter how much they try to convince you of that. In the end they just want as much money from you as they can get.
