User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe crew did a great job on clearing out our sink problem. They explained what they were going to do in detail, followed through on the plan, and made it a very easy process for us. Very clean and professional the entire job. Definitly would use them again if something is needed again.

Roto Rooter Service call from 10/29/09. The gentlemen who came to our house had great customer service. They explained the details of what they needed to do including price expectations. However, the price seemed somewhat high (ie $100 to break through a point in the ceiling that was less than the size of a sheet of paper).

Water started coming up in our basement so I called first thing Thursday morning at 7:30am. Was told someoone would be there by 9 am. Bob W actually showed up by 8:20 AM. They cleaned out the whole main line, and possible found some other issues that he called additonal guys to come out and take a picture of the pipes.
The 2nd set of guys were here by 9:30.
Great timing in my opinion.
