This company is not very responsible after they make the sale. I bought a $500 desk for my partner who is attending dental school. I was told that it would take six weeks to be delivered which I thought was excessive but I agreed. It is being delivered tomorrow after 10 weeks. The person who called me to tell me about the delays never once apologized for the inconvenience. In fact, she was quite arrogant about the fact that the matter was out of their control. Excuse me??? You represent a brand in your showroom that is irresponsible on deliveries. That is your responsibility. My mother ordered a custom covered couch and two chairs from another retailer and they were delivered in two weeks. I don't care where the product is coming from. If you represent it, you should be able to call the company when you get the sale and confirm availability. You just didn't care about me enough, as a customer, to take that measure. The same arrogant woman called to tell me that the desk was in. We scheduled delivery for Wednesday. When I asked her for a time, she told me that I would have to call the delivery company the morning of delivery and ask for a 3 hour window. Again, great customer service. Just because it's cheaper for you to contract the delivery out doesn't excuse the fact that I paid YOU to deliver it. Why should I need to make another call? Well guess what. I just bought a 2600SF house in Kenmore and I have about $50K to decorate it. You won't be sharing in that. Fools!
