User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsgreat greek place to eat: they have been around forever...the food is always great and alot of it....the restaurant is always clean and the waitresses are really friendly....A must stop after a Sabres game...and they serve breakfast 24 hours....the gyro is my favorite!!!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI've been going for years: I've been going to Tom's for years back from when my mom would take me when I was younger till now when I go with friends when we want to grab some food when it's late. The food is good, reasonably priced and the service is good. My faves are the chicken fingers and their various deserts (yumm rice pudding) My only compalint are the limited re-fills (only one and the cups size is small) and not being able to substitue on orders but other then that it's a great place to go to have a late meal and hang out studying.

BAD: My wife asked for a Gyro wrap. She didn't want any tomato or onion. She asked for lettuce, the waitress said that they won't do it! Why, she didn't know? Charge extra we asked? No! Okay that was weird! She gets a wrap for 6.99 and no fries or chips. (they want an extra dollar too for feta) I ordered open chicken and it was super small, and tzaziki sauce was a dollar extra. Waitress brought me a second drink when I was completely done eating. Don't go there!

My friend used to work there for only 3 months or so...they are the worst to work for....they dont allow customers to even add tomato to the breakfast pita sandwhich and all the morning cook does is complain really loud about customers, and so does the owner when he is back in the kitchen.
