Customer Service ??????????????: I.m used to the Grand Island Branch, wher you are courtesly greeted when you enter and asked for help as you browse. Unfortunatly the one DVD I wished to buy was out of stock. A quick ride to Niagara Falls, and there were 4 of them. I knew they were on sale at other stores, because I had bought one as a gift the week before. The ones on the shelf in Niagara Falls would not be processed for sale untill the next day. I guessed it was a computer oriented situation, so I would return the next day. I feel that the Grand Island store would have found some way to accomodate me and not inconvience me aith a return. Never the less, I returned to the Niagara Falls location at 1:30 PM the next day. The clerk told me I would have to return a 5:00 PM. This I could see if the store was crowded, and busy, but I was the only customer there. So if there is any way to give a negative rating regarding my experience at this location, I will ! It is strange that a chain operation can be so poory run at one location, and so well run at another. To be specific, the movie was
" The World's Fastest Indian " and the program was 4 DVDs for $20.00.
I'm sure it is not a big profit area for the chain, but it does dispose of previousl viewed movies with some monetary gain. So, Thank You Grand Island
Blockbuster. I'll continue to be a patron. Had it been for my experience at the Niagara Falls Blvd store, I would never return. Greg
