Tops Friendly Market

I always enjoy shopping in avon tops when ever i shop people are friendly. i always get great customer sevice. the cashiers are wonderful, and try to help me anyway they can.
I was in there monday night around 8, and haing a few issues finding some items. i guess i was looking a little confused, a manager name laura came up and ask me if i she could help me in anyway. I told her what i was looking for and she walked me right to the item i was trying to look for.
when i was ready to check out and the cashier scanned all my items. i was writing a check and i pulled out my bonuscard. but the cashier asked for some ID, and i was a little unsure about way so the cashier tryed her best to explain the new way that checks had to be processed.i wanted more info about it, so the cashier called laura to came over and she ask was the issue was and the cashier explianeed to her and laura did a wonderful job to explian the new check processing to me. she was very polite and i was thankful she was so helpful to me.

They always give me trouble when I am checking out and have WIC! There Formula is priced so high that I couldn't afford it on Wic either. LAst week I went in and barely was able to afford, eggs, milk and peanut butter because it was too expensive. I always have to worry i wont beable to get my daughters food. What happened to Tops never stops, saving you more? Its Too expensiVE!!!!

The home of POOR customer service.: Were to begin? Friendly.....NOT. I live in Avon and I can drive to the city and go to Wegmans and be back home in the time it takes to check out of the Tops in Avon. Really sad I do belive that you should support your local businesses were you live. This location as at least 10 check out lines, with only 1-2 open any time. When asking management to open another line I was told if I don't like it shop else were. Guess what I do shop else were and I hope that store closes...... We do need a local food market. (not top) in town. I feel that this store should be boycotted and run out of town. Not only are they rude but when a ad hits they are always out of product. If you ask for a rain check they take it personal. Also they over the summer removed the fresh fish market. Employees seem so unhappy. I would suguest that the people of Avon shop else were as I was told by store management at this location.
