Waitress was terrible, steak ordered med well and came bloody, charged $12 for a grilled cheese sandwich which was two pieces of white bread, not grilled or even warm, and one piece of cold cheese. Bill came to almost $200. At the end of the meal, the only thing we questioned was grilled cheese charge. "Uncaring" manager gave us back $6. Would never go back and have told all we can about them.

great service very friendly and knowledgable staff....food was great we did have a small problem with one buger being under cooked but our server took great care in making sure it was re cooked for us. great experience

We went to the Hard Rock Cafe NY, Niagara falls on wensday july 30, 2008, about 730 pm. No wait time to be seated, after that, service was terrible, almost 45 minutes to get our food, which was hamburgers, they were so undercooked we could not eat them. Complained to the manager, she said i guess i could take the meal off of your order since you only had a bite of them, not , can we correct your order, terrible, lousy service, food was awlful, worst hard rock cafe in the world. Go over the border to the Canadien hard rock cafe.
