I will tell you this about this place they are a good pepole to work with i have naver had trubul with them i alwasys go there for parts .. good price and good pepole if any one thank they are diffrent thank agen ok there 10times beter then uther juck place ......

First time dealing with company had to get a part so I called them and they said no problem we have the part (it was a GAS FILLER NECK ) so I and the wife drove out 20 miles to pick one up got there and waited about 1 hour as he said he went through every car that had one, said they were all rotted he was a very nice man he said he had none that were any good now why did I drive out 20 miles to purchase nothing? he said on the phone that he had one (my first mistake) second bad choice had to have a (PCM MODULE) called and he said no problem I asked if he would bring it to me and he said ok that he had a man that lived on Fetzner Rd, NO PROBLEM it took a week of calling before I received it than to top it off the MODULE was faulty, called back and was told that it came out of a working car well if it did it sure did not work for me I asked if he had another one and he said yes but this is the last one that you will get I said fine ( His warranty says 60 days for parts I guess he never read it) Ok now I ask him if he can drop it off when he makes his deliveries in the city he says NO as he says he only delivers to business ( He has my money for the first one now there is no money to be payed out for the warranty part now, I said I would pay for the gas to deliver it and again he says NO I told him how the first time I wasted my gas coming out there and he did not have the part that he said he had and he said that makes no differance and that was that well now I have a bad PCM and no way of getting out there, believe me I can only say that if this is the way he treats his client he has a lot to learn bare in mind this is only my opinion of the business that is run there, being 73 years of age and limited to long drives and no vehicle to pick it up, I will deal in the city before doing any business outside of it Believe me I can say more but its not worth it.( PS he can keep his part as I was forced to junked the car.)

I just read all your reviews. I bet all those parts places are glad you stoped comming there. You had to junk the car because they would not deliver you another computer. What a lie. I bet the computer was not even your problem. 9 times out of ten people like you are just guessing that the computer is the problem when infact you have other more major problems. As for the filler neck They spent an hour lifting many cars looking for a good filler neck for you and they could not find a good one. And all you can say is I drove 20 miles for nothing. How about the worked for an hour had to pay there workers and they ended up getting no money for there labor. I would have said thanks for trying and realized that we live in ny state and the salt eats everything . They tried but couldnt help me. Its not a perfect world out there. The used parts buisness is a hit and miss buisness sometimes things go right and sometimes things just dont work out.As for your neighbor I feel sorry for him to have such bitchy people like you living on the same street. And last but not least you said that you had to drive around in the heat for 2 weeks waiting for your money back for the condensor. Hard to believe why someone like you would buy used parts when you seem to always have some problem.

Great place to get good parts. Lets you pick your own. Reluctant to pull parts for you.
