User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI went to buy a car here and they were soooo high pressure I was disgusted. I test drove a car I was not impressed with and they would NOT take no for an answer. Also, after I bought a car elsewhere, I called them to service my new car and the service dept was clueless about the sync system in my car and told me we would have to learn about it together! not what I wanted to hear...i found someone who is knowledgeable and cancelled my service at fairport ford
