How do people know the food is good... We have tried calling for the past 3 weeks to place an order, but they never answer the phone during the day. Called at 10pm one night just to see if they were really in business. Sorry but they have lost some BIG orders because they don't answer phones...
Sorry Alice, but Customer Service is not your thing!

I ORDER FROM ALICES AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS .HAVING BEEN A BARTENDER FOR YEARS,JAN AND FEB ARE SLOWER FOR FOOD INDUSTRY,AND DID YOU THINK MAYBE WITH COLLEGE GONE THIS MAY BE AN ISSUE.MAYBE YOU ARE DIALING WRONG NUMBER.........
Kim and rosbo229, I have found the same thing with the phone issue. I was trying to place a large order for a casual lunch party at work and my boss made me drive over because the phone was not answering. I was told by an employee who was leaving ( the place was closed during business hours) that they often close randomly and/or don't answer the phone when they want to leave. College or not, busy or not, this is not how to run a business.
