We went to Uncle Joe's on Friday the 17th, of Nov. We were seated right away and was told that the waitress would be right over. We sat waiting for over 20 minutes for service. In this time 3 other groups were sat down and waited on right away (after us). After this we got up to leave and asked for the manager and no one would get him for us. The hostess just stood there and looked and us with a deer in the head light look!
The manager apologized and offer to get our food right away. I told him this was the worse service that I've seen at Uncle Joe's & we left. Very disappointed in the service, they seem to pick and choose who they want to serve.
If Uncle Joe's changed their hostess and waitress staff, this would be one of the best Italian Restaurants in the area. The food is great, I guess you are better off ordering take out. 
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsneed new waitresses....: we visited Uncle Joe's last evening.....the food was marvelous...however, the young waitress was lacking skill for sure. She tool 18 minutes to bring a glass of water after it was asked for.....we had asked to exchange bread for a salad with the lasagne dish...she turned her head as she walked away and said "NO". We would have paid for this....but wasn't given the change. We had ordered garlic bread for an appetizer so didn't need more bread with dinner. She just was not attentive. More or less threw the bill on the table never saying thank you....
