User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOur experience was not like most reviews here. It has been a couple months but still cannot shake the disappointment. Had heard such great things about it and my husband often takes business clients here. There were 5 of us on a Saturday night--got right in when they opened. We waited over 1 1/2hrs. for our food. I asked 3 times to speak with a manager-ended up with the hostess, she didn't know what to do. The waitress was apologetic at first but as time went on, she avoided us. When for the 4th time I asked for someone and said we were walking out, 15 minutes later the food appeared. Steak and shrimp scampi(didn't like it at all) should not take that long. The steaks were all overcooked and almost room temperature. My husband couldn't believe the service, says he'd been there many times and had never seen it that bad. We had invited guests to join us-they were very sorry they did. The only thing they did was comp and appetizer! If they want repeat business-treat the customers right. Someone could have come over and apologized for the lengthy delay-don't just leave that up to the waitress. Shows some poor management skills at work. To only offer a comp on an appetizer-they could have done better than that. The two tables near us even came over and asked what the problem was-they were seated when we were and left before we got our food.
Would not recommend.

My experience was quite different from those I have read here. The wait to get our food was unacceptably long- almost 1 1/2 hours !!!!!!!!!!! and at 6:30PM on a saturday night they were already sold out of Lasagna??????????? It was very noisy - hard to hear one another over rhe piped in muzak and the accoustics are not good to begin with, no carpet drapes or upholstery to soften the din --- it was poorly lit which would have been OK, for tmosphere, except the menu font is about a "4" (tiny) and unreadable in that light. But they DID serve the sorbet for those of you who seem to love it so.
