User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe took our daughters prom dress to be cleaned 2 weeks before the prom. They said it would be done that same week on Friday. We went back the next week on Wednesday and first they couldn't find it. When they did it had never been cleaned. They put a note on it saying that it should only be spot cleaned. We asked why they didn't call and let us know? We brought it to them on a body hanger and a garment bag. They lost it. The guy in back said he probably threw it out. We got the dress back in our hand and wrinkled. Worst service for such an important event!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsAlways Conscientious: They take good care of the clothes that they clean, their rates are fair and they take care to note any issues with the clothing. All of our clothing is wel taken care of!
The only thing is that their seamstress doesn't have the skills necessary to do any type of repair work.
