Walking into this place was like walking into a funeral. Very evident that if nobody knows you, you are treated as a stranger. Not a very friendly feeling when I walked in, placed an order, left a tip, or when we left. You would think that they would make people that were there for the first time feel at home or welcomed to be there. That was not the case. We waited at least 15 minutes for someone to ask us if we would like anything to drink. and another 5 minutes to pour it and walk it 10 feet. Only if you are a regular will you recieve a smile, or speedy service. The place was by no means packed. Maybe 10-15 people. The food, anything but flavorful. Very greasy, either undercooked or overcooked, and overpriced. If you like to be ignored, like to eat substandard food, and pay through the nose for slow service.... Then look no further than Spirits.
