Decent work but very SHADY billing practices. Use caution when dealing with a contractor like Genesis Painting that charges X amount of $ "Per man hour". The owner Eric told my wife that he charges X amount of $ per man hour and then estimated that the job would take 4-5 hours tops. He stated the job is what he does for a living. Not only did it take 2 of them over 10 hours but his "per man hour" meant X amount of $ for each guy working on the job. If I knew that I would have never paid those 2 TOOLS that kind of money for something I could have done with a buddy or my father in the same amount of time. Not to mention for how much I overpaid them 2 to milk the job they could of at least left my driveway and the job site cleaner after they left. I will NEVER use Genesis Painting again for anything. I wouldn't have them clean my toilets b/c he would quote me 1 hour and then take 4 hours do the job and use 2 guys to help him.
