My wife got me a gift card to the Men's Club at S-Ego as a birthday present. After I got home I found out she had requested and paid for a FULL pedicure and an express facial.
My experience started by having to wait 50 minutes before they started my "treatments" because they were running behind. They gave me a 20 minute pedicure and a 20 minute facial. Both were mediocre at best. I cashed out using the gift card. I assumed the gift card was enough to cover the treatments. They asked if I wanted to split the tip between the two services. I just wanted to get out so I said fine. I later found out that the charge for the pedicure and facial was $50. The gift card was for $75. That means the tip was 50% for each service!
When I got home and told my wife how much they charged for the service and how long I waited she was livid! She was upset that her gift to me had been such a disappointment. She called S-Ego and asked to speak to a manager. Nobody was available so she gave the details of my experience to whomever answered the phone. They said a manager would call back.
We are still waiting for that call...

i loved shear ego i have tried so amny hair salons trying to get the perfect cut and i finally found it i have only gone for about 2 years and i love it it costs me about 70 dollars for a cut but it is well worth it i go to katie and she is ah-mazing i tellher what i want and she does it perfectly i love it everytime i also sugest betsy she is very good with color and she is also very nice and talkative. this is also a great salon for kids they are very nice and gentle with kids and they get exactly what you want! shear ego for ever

Fab!: I have been going here for 10 years! I see Jonathan and he always does a fantastic job! They are always growing and offering new services- just fantastic!
Too bad it costs almost $200 to get my hair cut and highlighted. It's still well worth it.

::Pssst:: Kids cuts are $30 M-F (EVEN with top stylist!)
