A menu usually found only in the big cities. People often travel from Rochester and surrounding areas for the excellent food and friendly service. Located in an actual old RR depot, the owner/chef puts out phenomenal recipes from a tiny kitchen. Steak, seafood, traditional Italian dishes, and even hot roast beef sandwiches are available. Dishes made from seasonal items (often from his own garden) are added to the daily specials during growing and harvest seasons. Prices are comparable with any other nice restaurant in Canandaigua or Rochester. They also can accomodate small parties and cater FingerLakes RR special train tours. Portions are generous and I often take home enough for another meal after I've eaten my fill.
