Often closes too early: If a business advertises a close time, it should stick by that time. Many times I have arrived 5 to 10 minutes before 6:00pm on week days only to find the doors locked! One employee inside the store refused to open the door. Others have obliged and honored my request to open the doors. For those that did not, I would hope that the owner of this franchise is unaware that employees are running the business that way.
